Model NS2104 Series High Reliability Acoustic Emission Sensors and Pre-Amplifier

 

The NS2104 is a high reliability version of the NS2000 series of high performance acoustic sensors, offering high sensitivity-low noise measuring capability for a wide range of industrial applications. The NS2104 is a 450kHz sensor specially designed for applications where ultra-high reliability is required due to in-service access restrictions, such as sub-sea oil production applications.

The sensor is designed to be used with the high-reliability NA2104 amplifier and contains military specification components.  The NA2104 is housed in a sealed IP65 enclosure suitable for direct installation in most industrial environments. A preset filter within each unit ensures the optimum response from individual channels by matching the amplifier and transducer responses.
